2. Mobile phones and supporting industries

　　In 2002, Cosun invested over hundred million yuan to construct mobile phone production base, covering 1,000 acres. The construction area of first phase is 250,000 square meters. Among them, building area of mobile phone assembly plant is 120,000 square meters, with investment of RMB 300 million yuan; it is basically completed in the first half of 2004, realizing the production capacity of annual eight million mobile phones. Related supporting facilities of mobile phones, Cosun's target production value of mobile phone base pan is RMB10 billion yuan, while the tax payment was over RMB1billion yuan.
　　

3.Fixed telephone and supporting industries

    Cosun's fixed telephone and supporting industries base has 26 phone production lines, 7 cell phone production lines, 6 CD production lines, 4 SMT production lines and high-speed bonding workshop with daily production of 1.2 billion. Products mainly include various telephones and supporting products, hearing-aid telephones for the deaf, nano-antibacterial telephones, ultra-thin high-definition language repeater, office and home fax machines, CD-ROM machines, MP3, interphones, short message telephones, wireless fixed telephones, network telephones and other communication terminal products. It is the largest professional telephone production base in china.

4.Mould development and supporting industries

    Cosun's mould development and supporting industries base has standardized production base, the most advanced international high-precision testing and manufacturing equipment as well as a group of modern, quality, high-standard and innovative professional and technical personnel and management personnel. Products series include mobile phone shell, telephone case, mobile phone mould, mobile phone battery, mobile phone charger, electronic products and etc., which have passed quality-certification as CE, CCC, CQC and ISO9001: 2000 international quality system certification.



5.R & D and production of electret condenser microphone and LCD

    Cosun's electret condenser microphone and LCD R & D and production base is equipped with advanced electro-acoustic equipment, standard central air-conditioning and dust control workshop, focusing on the R & D, production, manufacture and sale of electret condenser microphone and LCD. It is specialized in the production of ECM series omni-directional and unidirectional electret condenser microphone of various sizes, which are widely used in telephones, microphones, mobile phones, radio tape recorders, hearing aids, voice-activated toys, voice switching, man-machine dialogue system etc.



6.R & D and manufacturing of purified water products

    Cosun’s purified water products R & D and manufacturing base has a total investment of RMB120 million yuan. It has imported entire set of most advanced German 11 automatic fiber membrane production lines and three sets of composite technology production lines; it is equipped with domestic leading water testing equipment, product testing equipment and samples reliability test system. Purified water products include three major areas as "home appliances for kitchen and toilet water" series, "industrial membrane" series and "water purification system" series.
