Fifteen
years a step Hundred years a dream 
Since its inception
in April 1992, Cosun always upholds the operation
principle of "Dare for the World First".
During the past 15 years, it has grown to be China's
major high-tech communication industry group from
the small workshop in the early age. The development
and growth of Cosun witnessed the brilliant achievements
made by China's reform and opening up; Cosun itself
has become the model of the rapid development of
China’s private economy. A small step of Cosun will
bring a big step of China’s communication industry.
Cosun starts its business by telephone; it has
developed China's first LCD display phone. From
1995 till now, sales volume of Cosun telephone is
among the national top two; it was awarded "China
Famous Brand Telephone" for two times, becoming
a veritable "king of China's telephone".
Cosun now has two major cell phone brands as "CECT"
and "COSUN", focusing on the GSM, CDMA
mobile phone fields and advancing to the new era
of 3G mobile phone.
In 1999, Cosun Universal Telephone (stock code:
XING) successfully listed in the NASDAQ, becoming
the first Chinese private enterprise listed in the
United States. In 2007,Cosun Mobile Communication
(stock code : QXM) landed on the stock market of
New York Stock Exchange, becoming China's first
domestic mobile phone manufacturer listed in New
York Stock Exchange. Cosun will work together with
the giants of international communication industry,
launching of a new contest.
I have always committed to the establishment of
modern enterprise management system and standardized
management system of private enterprises; adhering
to innovative development, with the help of the
flexible mechanisms, optimizing the various work
processes and controlling internal management costs,
this is the fundament of the sustainable development
of our lifelong business.
Meanwhile, I would like to see that all the Cosun
people would continuously strengthen the sense of
crisis, dedication and solidarity, pay attention
to the balanced development, establish unique enterprise
culture praised by the internal and external and
work together to build the foundation for the lifelong
business of Cosun.
Taking "careful technology" as the principle,
Cosun always adhere to the "market leading,
technology innovation", walking out of the
homogenization to realize differences, building
the core competitiveness of products to and providing
communication terminal products with good quality,
new style and good service to consumers. Now, Cosun
is creating the more splendid tomorrow of China’s
communication terminal industry with its innovative
practices and outstanding achievements of the development
of high-tech industry.
For Cosun, the past 15 years is a milestone. The
last 15 years is a good start of building Century
Cosun, Let me lead the Cosun people go up to a higher
stage with confidence and courage. I firmly believe
that Cosun will take more solid and steady pace
to go out of China and walk into the world.
